A clear photo in good light, where you can see their face and outline properly. Our image guidelines have a few handy pointers and examples.
Can you do more than one pet on a freshener?
We'd say stick to one pet per Freshenify so we can cut cleanly round them and keep all the detail. Got a few? Grab a set — one each.
How long does it last?
The scent sits on eco-friendly absorbent paper with a bright double-sided print, and keeps going for around 30 days.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each one's made to order, with a processing time of 3–9 working days (Mon–Fri), then it goes out with tracked delivery. Free UK shipping over £30.
