The simple terms for shopping with Freshenify. Last updated: 22 September 2026

This website (freshenify.co.uk and freshenify.com) is operated by Odemly L.L.C-FZ, trading as “Freshenify” (“we”, “us”, “our”), Commercial Licence No. 2416744.01, The Meydan Hotel, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or over (or have a parent/guardian's consent) and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Personalised products

Our products are custom-made to order using the photo or text you provide. Please check your image, spelling and design carefully before ordering — we produce your item from the content you supply. Screen colours may differ slightly from the finished product.

3. Your content

When you upload an image or text, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it and that it breaks no law or third-party right. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to produce and deliver your order. We may refuse or cancel any order with unlawful, offensive or infringing content and refund it if already paid.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are shown on the site and may display in your local currency. Payment is taken at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious error.

5. Orders & contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order (for stock, payment or content reasons) and refund any amount already paid.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times and carriers are in our Shipping Policy. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation, returns & refunds

Because products are personalised and made to order, they are generally exempt from change-of-mind cancellation. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. See our Refund Policy and contact support@freshenify.com.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site (except what you upload), including designs, text, graphics, logos and the “Freshenify” brand, is owned or licensed by us. Don't copy, reproduce or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
